Kristyn Klei Borrero is a leading expert in culturally relevant pedagogy, educator professional development, and leadership coaching. Her work in the area of coaching for empowered/asset-based mindsets has transformed the careers of thousands of educators. Kristyn co-founded CT3 in 2009 after leading the research and development of No-Nonsense Nurturer and Real Time Teacher Coaching, widely recognized as two of the most innovative and transformative professional development models in education today.

As the CEO of CT3 for more than a decade, Kristyn built a best-in-class team of educators that set CT3 apart from all other professional development organizations. Kristyn holds a doctorate in education leadership from the University of California, Berkeley.

Lee Canter is an internationally renowned educational consultant, developer of the classic Assertive Discipline Program, and co-developer of the No-Nonsense Nurturer approach and Real Time Teacher Coaching model. Lee has authored over 40 best-selling books for educators and was the recipient of a Distinguished Achievement Award from the Association of Educational Publishers.

Nataki Gregory has for 20 years been a teacher, principal, principal coach, manager, and a cabinet officer. She was the founding principal of the Evans Campus of the Maya Angelou Public Charter School, an alternative school that focuses on rigorous instruction, deep student-staff connections, supportive culture, and college preparation for students who have experienced trauma and failure before attending Maya. Nataki is a results-focused educator who has worked to ensure teachers and leaders have the skills necessary to drive continuous improvement for schools and their communities. She has a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from George Washington University.

Dr. Patrick "Cam" Camangian is an associate professor of Teacher Education at the University of San Francisco. Patrick’s interdisciplinary research on humanizing education intersects critical pedagogy, critical literacy, and health science research. Patrick pursues these areas of research to improve teacher quality, capacity, and retention, as well as to inform policies and practices impacting urban schools and communities.
